Self Check-In

Read through this guide to get prepared for your check-in experience.

Parking Access:

Pull up in front of the building. If there is street side parking available, you can park and put on your hazard lights. If there is no parking in front of the building, pull into the parking entrance with the large red PARKING sign and go through the first gate. Take a ticket and park. This ticket will not have to be paid, as you will have full parking access once you receive your keys.  Once you park, find the stairs across from the black gate and go to the bottom. Make a left and walk to the building labeled 77 12th. Press "1" for concierge, and the concierge on duty will let you in. Walk to the concierge desk and simply say the following “My name is {{guest_name}} and I am picking up keys for {{unit number}}” Concierge will then provide you with an envelope that contains your room key and brown key fob. The key fob will be used to access the parking garage, the building and its amenities, and the elevator. Once you receive the keys, retrace your steps back to your car and use the brown key fob to go through the second black gate for resident parking by tapping the tip of the fob to the target symbol next to the gate. Park on the 3rd, 4th or 5th floor in a non-reserved spot. While all the spots are numbered, only reserved spots have a gray RESERVED sign. Once you park, find the large, white concrete pillar with a glass door - that will be the elevator lobby. Use your brown key fob to go through the door by tapping the tip of the fob on the black rectangle next to the door handle, and again to access your floor once in the elevator by tapping your brown fob to the black square below the floor numbers. Go to floor {{floor number}}. 

If you do not require Parking access:

 

Walk to the building labeled 77 12th. Press "1" for concierge, and the concierge on duty will let you in. Walk to the concierge desk and simply say the following “My name is {{guest_name}} and I am picking up keys for {{unit number}}” . Concierge will then provide you with an envelope that contains your room key and brown key fob. The key fob will be used to access the building, its amenities, and the elevator. Once you receive your keys, walk straight towards the elevators. Once in the elevator, use your brown key fob to access your floor by tapping the tip of the fob on the black square below the floor numbers. Go to floor {{floor number}}. 

 

Visitors/Delivery:

 

If you order food or have guests, please get them from the front door personally. Be sure to keep your fob with you so that you can get back onto the elevator.

Checkout:

Checkout is on or before 11am. Please strip all used bedding, place in the washing machine, and start the cycle. If you are parked in the garage, pull your car out of the garage and park street side. Come back to the unit and leave the keys and parking pass, if applicable, on the kitchen counter.

 

Concierge:
