Read through this guide to get prepared for your check-in experience.

Parking Access:

When you arrive at 60 11th St NE, park in front of the building and put on your hazard lights. If there is no parking, pull into the visitor's parking (first parking entrance next to the building) and park on the left side of the entrance and put on your hazard lights. DO NOT take a ticket and enter the visitor's parking garage - park on the side before the gate. Walk up to the building and press "3" at the call box to dial concierge. The concierge will open the door for you. Walk to the concierge desk and simply say exactly the following “My name is Aman Chattha and I am picking up keys for unit 820”. Concierge will then provide you with an envelope that contains your laminated parking pass, room key, and black key fob. The key fob will be used to access the building, its amenities, and the elevator. Leave the building and retrace your steps back to your car. Enter the parking entrance under the red sign that says, "RESIDENT PARKING ONLY" - this parking is located furthest from the building entrance and is next to the visitor's parking entrance. Wave your laminated parking pass in front of the steering wheel, close to the windshield. Once the gate opens, park on the 4th or 5th floor. You can park in any numbered parking space EXCEPT parking spaces that say RESERVED. Once you park, find the large, white concrete pillar with a glass door - the elevator lobby. Use your black key fob (inside the envelope given to you by concierge) to go through the door. Select the “up” button next to the elevator. Once in the elevator, use your black key fob again by tapping it on the red light on the black screen below the gray circle and select 8. 

If you do not require Parking access:

 

Walk to the building labeled Sixty 11th. Press "3" for concierge, and the concierge on duty will let you in.  Walk to the concierge desk and simply say “My name is {{guest_name}} and I am picking up keys for {{unit number}}”. Concierge will then provide you with an envelope that contains your room key and black key fob. The key fob will be used to access the building, its amenities, and the elevator. Once you receive your keys, walk towards the elevators on your right. Select the “up” button next to the elevator. Once in the elevator, use your black key fob again by tapping it on the red light on the black screen below the gray circle and select {{floor number}}.

 

Visitors/Delivery:

 

If you order food or have guests, please get them from the front door personally. Be sure to keep your fob with you so that you can get back onto the elevator.

Checkout:

Checkout is on or before 11am. Please strip all used bedding, place in the washing machine, and start the cycle. If you are parked in the garage, pull your car out of the garage and park street side. Come back to the unit and leave the keys and parking pass, if applicable, on the kitchen counter.

 

Concierge:
